The following terms and expressions shall have the following meanings:
"Aspial" or " LeeHwa" refers to Aspial - Lee Hwa Jewellery Pte. Ltd. or its assignees or nominees, with Lee Hwa Jewellery being a brand owned by Aspial. Our registered address is 55 Ubi Avenue 3 Level 4, S408864.
"Products" means the products or merchandise featured on the Site from time to time, with "Product" referring to any one of these items.
"Site" refers to the website with the URL address http://shop.leehwajewellery.com , accessible through the internet or linked from other websites.
"Marketing information" refers to promotional or publicity materials that may be communicated through email broadcasts, postal mail, or Short Messaging Services (SMS).
"Terms and Conditions" refers to the terms and conditions set out on the Site, as amended, modified, or supplemented by Aspial from time to time.
Additionally:
Words connoting the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and words connoting one gender shall include all genders. Clause headings are for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of the provisions.
References to natural persons shall include corporate bodies and vice versa.
The term “person” includes any company, association, or body of persons, both corporate and unincorporated.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, excluding its conflict of law rules.

Any and any typographical and clerical errors in any quotation in the Terms and Conditions or on the Site are subject to correction by Aspial.
Representation and Warranty
By accessing and using the Site, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.
Aspial shall not be held liable for any breach, non-compliance, or violation of laws, rules, or regulations related to your use of the Site. You agree to indemnify and hold Aspial harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs (on an indemnity basis) arising directly or indirectly from any such breach or violation.
Promo Code
Promo codes are applicable only to regularly priced items[except gold, unless otherwise specified.]
Promo codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Promo codes are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
LeeHwa Jewellery reserves the right to modify or cancel promo codes at any time.
Products
All communications on the Site by Aspial are considered invitations to treat only. When an order is placed via a Feedback Form, it represents an offer to contract from you, which is not binding until accepted by our customer relations executive. Aspial reserves the right to refuse any offer at its discretion, including due to changes in pricing or availability of products.
Prices and product availability are subject to change at the sole discretion of Aspial.
These Terms and Conditions replace any warranties, guarantees, terms, or conditions implied by law that may be owed by Aspial.
You acknowledge that products on the Site may be re-priced, withdrawn, discontinued, revised, or amended at any time, at Aspial's discretion.
You also agree that the products as described or depicted on the Site may differ from the actual product. Aspial makes no guarantees regarding the appearance of products on the Site and disclaims any liability for any errors or discrepancies.
Exclusion of Liability
Aspial shall not be liable, under any circumstances or for any reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, or economic loss arising from a failure to perform its obligations due to electronic, electrical, mechanical, computer-related or other failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays.
