  • A: Yes, you have to register an account in order to place an online order on Lee Hwa Jewellery E-Boutique.
  • Q: How much would delivery cost?
  • A: Local Shipping:
      • Standard shipping: 3-5 working days at SGD$10.00.

    • International Shipping:
      • International shipping is on case-by-case basis. Shipping charges depend on the weight of the package and the country of destination. Please email us at custcare@leehwajewellery.com, and we can assist you further.
  • Q: What are the payment methods available?
  • A: You can pay with:

    • All listed prices are inclusive of 9% GST.


    • Q: How do I track my order?
    • A: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track the status of your order. Please also contact us at custcare@leehwajewellery.com should you encounter any issues with your order.


  • Q: Can I exchange an order? And how?
  • A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your purchase within 15 days from date of delivery. Please note that the item(s) exchanged must meet the stipulated criteria. Please see our Exchange Policy.

    We are currently unable to accept exchanges for international orders.


  • Q: Can I return an order?
  • A: Please note that there is strictly no return and no cash refund in part or in full for items purchased.

    In the event that you change your mind on the item(s) purchased, you can exchange it for other item(s) of equivalent or lesser value 15 days upon receiving your item(s) at any of our retail boutiques. Should the exchange item(s) be of a higher value, you will be required to top up the difference. Should the exchange item(s) be of a lower value, no cash refunds or in-kind will be allowed.

    In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item(s), please contact Lee Hwa Jewellery immediately at custcare@leehwajewellery.com.

    Returned damaged item(s) must be in original condition, unused and not further damaged in any way. All invoice(s) tags and original packaging must also be fully intact. Kindly include your Full Name, Receipt/Invoice Number, and photos of your item upon receiving your item. Kindly ensure the photos capture the item and its damages in a clear manner.

    Upon receipt of your email and verification that the item(s) received is in damaged condition, Lee Hwa Jewellery will advise on the return procedure.


  • Q: Can I cancel an order?
  • A: Unfortunately, cancellation is not applicable for both local and international orders.

  • A: You can prolong the pristine condition of your jewellery by following our Jewellery Care tips on how to wear, clean and store your jewellery.
  • Q: The ring I bought online does not fit me. Can I resize it?
  • A: For local orders:

    • Some rings are not possible to be resized due to design restrictions or manufacturers’ policies. Please enquire at our retail boutiques for resizing options.

      Kindly note that resizing fees apply for online purchases. Please head down to any of our 8 retail boutiques island-wide with your item and the original Lee Hwa Jewellery tax invoice for a quotation. Please see our Ring Size Guide to find your perfect fit.
